Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted unless specified otherwise. Payments can be made by Google Checkout or Paypal.
Delivery
Smaller items will be sent by First Class Royal Mail in the UK or Airmail to Ireland. Larger items will be delivered by a Courier. Delivery times quoted apply to mainland UK only. Delivery to Ireland will be slightly longer. If you require delivery outside UK and Ireland, please contact us by telephone or email before placing your order to confirm availability and cost of delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days unless otherwise specified in the product details. If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the card left by the courier within the specified time, your order will be returned to us and you will be charged for the return of the order. If you provide us with the wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result. Furniture will generally be delivered within 2-4 weeks. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Delivery Costs
Our standard delivery charge to mainland UK is £1,99
Standard delivery to Ireland is £3.99.
There is a small additional charge added for a few individual products which are heavy, fragile or sent direct from our supplier. This amount is clearly stated in your shopping cart.

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you can return them within 21 days of despatch for a refund or exchange. Please contact us by telephone or email prior to returning in order to obtain a returns number. You will not be refunded the delivery cost unless the item is faulty or there was an error on a part with your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in a resaleable condition.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not disclose buyers information to third parties unless in connection with your order. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. Cookies are used on this site, but only to keep track patterns of behaviour and to maintain the contents of your shopping cart. Data collected by this site is used to: a. Specifications
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights are provided as a guideline only and are approximate. Colours shown may vary slightly due to the limitation of photographic material and differing devices used to view site. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with a product may differ in shade or style but this is normally caused by manufacturing processes and is not a fault with the product. Wood is a natural product and the grain or shade will vary from piece to piece and even within the indiviudal item.
